My Background

I bring a diverse background to this work, including experience as a women-centred coach, clinical hypnotherapist, decades of meditation and spiritual practices, an intuitive and an energy healer and a cert. yoga teacher.

Also as a visual artist, corporate professional, and years of study and certification in human development, including healing protocols and understanding women's unique experiences.

Since the 1980s, I have been practising mindfulness and healing, driven by a deep desire to help women rise into the fullness of their authentic selves. I aim to support your freedom, to express, for respect, and your evolution into a master instrum in shaping the future.

Overcoming Barriers

We may be the artists, who always have something else to do before our own work, the professional that still has some barriers to speaking up openly in meetings. We are living within cultural norms that are not true to who we are. You may know you have experience and skills and interests that are not fully expressed or received. It is universal for some patterns to be holding women back. Some that are common are, feeling isolated, lack of supports, not feeling ready or enough yet, and there are other inner and outer barriers. These barriers can be brought to light and replaced with new empowering experiences. That is what we can do.
