I specialize in supporting women who want to leave a legacy or influence an area, while also living their own best health, vitality and joys . To express and live all that they are.
Many women want to have an impact in their area of interest, be it in their personal life and family, community, business, leadership or as an artist, while also nurturing their own self-development and well-being. It is important not to lose oneself and forfeit ones welbeing or joy. So both impact and ones own best care are possible and there is a truly LUMINOUS and enjoyable way of living that is transformative.
Working together, we greatly expand on the possibility of your success by clarifying your unique desires and purpose and replacing old patterns by removing subconscious barriers and adding in new insights and capacities to light up your life with clear steps ahead.
As women we have so much to offer with our education, skills and life experience. We have had an influence and successes. However, many of us also experience seemingly immovable barriers to our full and authentic expression.
You may have felt alone in your endeavours to initiate change and been uncertain as to how to proceed, or you have accomplished so much and yet feel unfulfilled or no longer connected to your feminine side, frustration, stress and overwhelm are common.
Studies show that women want more than just achieving a status or goal for themselves. They want to add something of benefit for others and society. Self-actualizing women want to step into being their highest self while fulfilling their outer desires, and still maintain their own health and vibrancy. I am here for you, to support you in achieving your goals and living well.
I offer a unique woman-centred coaching and group facilitation model for self-actualizing women. Providing the mentorship for clarity and accountability, I bring a deep understanding of women's unique abilities and needs. Added to this, are many support tools and practices that enhance life and overall well-being.
I can assist you in finding solutions to internal and cultural barriers, increased confidence and clear decision making that brings your creative work and ideas forward.
From isolation, there is a need for a safe place to unite and empower each other so that we can expand on our ideas and capabilities. My purpose is to provide that for you.
My Background
I bring a diverse background to this work, including experience as a women-centred coach, clinical hypnotherapist, decades of meditation and spiritual practices, an intuitive energy healer and cert. yoga teacher.
Also as a visual artist, corporate professional, and years of study and certification in human development, healing practices, and women's unique experiences. Since the 1980s, I have been practising mindfulness and healing, driven by a deep desire to help women rise into the fullness of their authentic selves. I aim to support women's freedom, respect, and their instrumental role in shaping the future.
Transformative Coaching
As a Woman-centred Leadership and Luminous-Living coach, and a Clinical Hypnotherapist, I am an expert at removing internal barriers to success. I have witnessed that extraordinary results are possible. I provide the tools, processes, and safe space for transformative shifts and tangible results.
As an artist and mindfulness mentor, I can also help to expand your creative visions, inner peace and outer joys in life.
